Andrew C. Tsunis is a licensed Realtor who comes to Barkett Realty as an Associate Broker with a wealth of experience in real estate and law. A former attorney and Administrative Law Judge from New York City, Andrew relocated to St. Pete Beach in 2014. He has a passion for helping people find the properties they want, relentless in his pursuit. Andrew brings many skills to the table including his negotiating strategies, ability to create and maintain trusted relationships and the desire to serve. Andrew is a member of the St. Petersburg Yacht Club, where he pursues his passion for wine, fine food and sailing. He’s also a bit of a brainiac with bragging rights to five college degrees. Andrew is also an avid singer and has performed before audiences at Lincoln Center and Carnegie Hall. He supports local charities including the Ronald McDonald House, Metropolitan Ministries and Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital. Andrew enjoys working with residential and commercial clients, assisting and developing strategies for success and fulfillment.
